When picking up your items at the store, take items out of boxes and packaging to test and inspect. Testing centers are available at each store.

If an item does not match the description, is damaged or missing pieces, alert the host at that time and they will issue a refund, if warranted.

Unfortunately, we do not know what items we will get each week. There’s always a possibility, but never a guarantee that a product will be available.

A max bid in The Auctions at Carl’s Closet is the highest amount you're willing to pay for an item. Carl’s Closet has an automatic bidding feature that will place incremental bids on your behalf up to your max bid. If you enter an incorrect max bid, you may edit by retyping the amount.

When a bid is placed two minutes prior to the bid closing time, the bidding window is automatically extended for two more minutes. 

Unfortunately, all bids are binding, and we are not able to remove bids while in an active auction. Potentially you will be outbid.  

Your invoice will be sent via email once the entire auction closes.

The top of the invoice outlines the assigned pickup days and times, along with the store address.

A copy of your invoice is always posted to your account and can be found in the Invoices tab.
